15 Days Eastern Uganda Adventure & Culture Safari
Day 1. Arrival at Entebbe Airport
On arrival, you will be welcomed by our company guide and escort you to your hotel for the night and rest from the journey. Dinner will be provided and breakfast in the morning.
Day 2. Buganda Cultural sites & Gaddafi Mosque Tour
After breakfast, our guide will pick you up for the central tour in Buganda with the 1st stop at the central palace of Buganda, the Kasubi tombs, and the court of Buganda in Mengo. Have lunch and then continue to Gaddafi mosque for a brief history about the place and then experience the view of the whole city and its seven hills.
Day 7. Visiting the Pokoti Nomadic tribe.
At 9.00 am the guide picks you up for a drive to meet the Nomadic community of the Pokot tribe. This tribe has a history of 2 countries both Kenya and Uganda, as in the past there were conflicts about which country they belonged to. This is a full-day experience.
Transfer to Moroto in the evening Dinner & Overnight.
Day 8. Hiking Mountain Moroto & Visiting the Peteth Tribe.
After breakfast you will start with hiking Mountain Moroto, after the hike, you will be taken back to the lodge for lunch and after lunch will transfer to the Peteth community and the Matheniko plains.
Day 9. Transfer from Moroto to Kidepo Valley National Park
After breakfast, the guide will transfer you to Kidepo valley National park via the community of the Gia tribe (largest tribe in the area) & their Manyattas. As your proceeding to Kidepo N.P, you will be taken to visit the Dodoth community and then continue to Kidepo Valley National park.
Day 12. Game Drive in Murchison Falls National park.
After breakfast, you be taken for a morning game drive and after lunch, at the lodge, you will be taken for a boat ride on the river Nile.
Day 13. Departure.
After breakfast, you will be taken back to Kampala in time for your flight. A morning game drive will be provided (optional).
The package includes: Transportation by safari vehicle. Accommodation and meals as per itinerary. En-route lunches. Visit the Batwa cultural trail. Golden monkey tracking. Mountain Hiking. Driver allowances. The package excludes: The expenses of personal nature like Airfare, Uganda Visa, Luxury drinks, laundry, tips to local guides, telephone, and porter fee while trekking, personal insurance, personal shopping bills, and cigarettes, and any other item not mentioned above.
Day 4. Transfer to Mountan Elgon.
After breakfast, the guide will be transferring you to Mbale townhome of Mt Elgon. This is a 2 hours journey when there you will visit the Sebinyi tribe at the slopes of the mountain. Learn about their culture, their plantations, and other activities they carry out in the community. Support the Boomu women’s group and after lunch, you be shown the traditional circumcision ground and after the hike to the Sipi Falls.
Day 5. Transfer to Piana’Upe Reserve
After breakfast, the guide will transfer you to the Piana’Upe game reserve. The game reserve is famously known for cheetah hunting, other animals are also available in the reserve.
Day 6. Hiking Mountain Kadama.
After breakfast, the guide will take to the Kadama Mountain to hike up and visit the Kadama tribe that still lives in caves on this mountain. Full day experience.
Day 4. Transfer to Mountan Elgon.

Day 10. Drive to the Iky tribe in the Mountains
After breakfast, you will be taken for the morning game drive. Come back for lunch and continue with visiting the Iky tribe (smallest in the area) this tribe lives in the mountains so be ready for hiking.
Day 11. Transfer to Gulu through Acholi Land.
After breakfast, you are taken for a morning game drive before the transfer to Gulu. After the drive will transfer to Gulu and Murchison Falls National park.
